Michelle Fritsch

After completing her bachelor’s degree in media and communication management, Michelle joined Freigeist as Frank’s personal assistant. During her studies, she worked for a large telecommunications provider, where she gained her first experience in online and video communication. As part of the communications team, she prepares all upcoming events and keynotes, as well as monitoring the social media channels of Frank, Freigeist and 10xDNA.

As Executive Assistant to the CEO of Frank Thelen, Michelle’s focus is on how effective communication can support strong innovators and founders. For her it is fascinating to work at the intersection of innovation and communication, where she helps to make visionary ideas tangible and understandable. Her role allows her to contribute daily to ensuring that the inspiring stories of our start-ups are heard. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that uses the power of communication to help shape the future of technology.
